The so-called "International Fixed Calendar" is a rationalized calendar that has 13 months with 28 days each. Making every month perfectly divisible into 4 weeks and always starting on a Sunday and ending on a Saturday.

The ancient Egyptians had 12 months of exactly 30 days each, with five days of partying at the end of the year to bring the total to 365.
