You can't tell me that civilizat ion , the civilization of great cities, hasn't some distinct advantages. For one thing, I am used to cities. I know them, and I love them. I was born in one - in Louisville, to be exact; and I came to New York when I was four years old. J've li ved there ever since, and I am not sorry . E veryone in America who can gravitates toward the metropolis sooner or later. Whv? There must be a reason.
