The Gender pay gap is a myth in that it seems silly that the same greedy employers who would not pay anything if they could get away with it are drastically overpaying men when they could hire women at 77 cents on the dollar to do the very same work.

Minimum wage actually shuts out those who are the most in need of jobs.

The Minimum wage is a well-intentioned but wrong-headed law instituted in 1938. It cost 500,000 jobs black jobs because racist shop owners would give the jobs to white people willing to do the jobs while black youth would work for less.
