Asceticism is noble and is rooted in the vital rejection of the self. This nobility is expressed by the forgoing of the self's desires and the search for a moral act that is not separate from, but rather intertwined with, the love of the divine.

A Human is a loving being rather than a rational being.

Man is characterized by his capacity to oppose reality with an emphatic 'no'. That is, man alone can de-realize the chaotic swarm of reality in order to make objects appear or 'stand opposite' (ob-ject) man. The 'de-realization' of reality is what first makes possible the emergence of objective truth, science, philosophy, culture, and whatever else is distinctively human.

Man is the being who can oppose reality with an emphatic 'no!'-the founding move for the appearance of 'objects'.

A Person is not a thing able to be thought or a thing endowed with special capacities (i.e. Reason, language), or a kind of psychological objectification. Rather, a person is the experienced unity of living-through our lived experiences.

The Subject is not kant's subject defined by its rational faculty, nor nietzsche's subject defined by willing, but rather, the subject is defined by loving. The subject is that which is embodied by the realization of love as an immanent force.
