vectorialist class

is the ruling class aiming to undermine information by making it into a thing (i.e. Something that can be owned). The hacker class, by contrast, sees information as being in common.

The new ruling class I call it the vectoralist class is determined to thwart the radical ontological freedom of information and trap it in its identity as a material thing, assigned to the identity of a discrete owner.
