Colorblindness is so dangerous because it relies on the use of a law but not its implementation.

The Ghetto is wrongly discussed as a black cultural space rather than as a structural formation. It's not the product of street culture and the alternative economies of gangs and guns and drugs and sex trade become described as a black thing rather than a form of deprivation of circumstances.

Institutional racism is a vicious cycle whereby housing disparity leads to low taxes which leads to poor schooling which leads to low education and dropouts and blacks entering the criminal justice system and because of the median prejudice they receive longer sentences and can't get jobs when they're finally released which leads to poor communities which leads to housing disparities, rinse, wash, and repeat.

Institutional racism is driven, either intentionally or unintentionally, through housing, education, criminal judgement system, media, and employment.

Redlining is literally the private and government joint transfer of value and privilege into the category of whiteness 1933-1977

Stop and frisk is a policy that only really works in a segregated context because no where else would it be acceptable; imagine the police stopping and frisking Wall Street bankers.

Structural racism is perpetuated in the domain of education in this way: one-hundred years of being denied mortgage loans (economic discrimination) through red-lining practices made owning property impossible for black communities, and resulted in schools which, funded by property taxes, were inevitably massively underfunded.

Structural racism is the normalization and legitimization of an array of dynamics ' historical, cultural, institutional and interpersonal'that routinely advantage whites while producing cumulative and chronic adverse outcomes for people of color.
