Anger is a choice, as well as a habit. It is a learned reaction to frustration in which one behaves in ways that one would rather not.
Anger is a thing which to overcome means to begin to think of oneself as someone who can learn to think new thoughts when frustrated, so that the immobilizing anger can be replaced by more fulfilling emotions; annoyance, irritation, and disappointment.
