An Oligarch (n.) is ⁠​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​⁠often made by accusation: the rich, charged with plotting against the people, end by truly becoming oligarchs whether they want to or not.
