rescuer, n.All

The Rescuer (n.) is ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌sought out for the evil he can do: a person is called on for rescue because he is held to have caused the harm.

Rescuer (n.) is ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌not made by a rescue: poison has sometimes worked as a cure, but we do not call it medicine, and the tyrant did not thank the assassin whose sword lanced his tumor.
