Brail is ASMR for the fingers

Brail is a secret code in which blind people can leave messages to each other in plain sight.

Brail is enabling the same fingers with which we pump out letters to also ingest them them.

Brail is a more controlled kind of touching, for one always reads with the sense of 'touch' (i.e. a passage touches me) but it is rarely a reading done on the level of individual letters.
