Supposal (n.) is ⁠​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​⁠the nerveless counterpart of belief — the shadow of a really believed belief, giving rise only to shadow-pictures of positing acts.
