Transcendent is the fact that a perceptual object at any given moment displays an inexhaustive number of unperceived (and largely even unexpected) features, only some of which will become manifest -in the further course of observation.

The Transcendent is a concept or entity that surpasses our experience (i.e. God) whereas the transcendental is that which pertains to the possibility of our experiential knowledge, both in the sense of our pre-ontological understanding of being and the explicit conceptual interpretation of it.
