Political thought (n.) criticises ⁠​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​⁠one power, the crowd or the rulers, and must flatter the other; that choice makes it conservative or revolutionary.
