Stop and frisk is a policy that only really works in a segregated context because no where else would it be acceptable; imagine the police stopping and frisking Wall Street bankers.

Stop and frisk is not a bad policy. The US needs active intelligence, people being able to stop and ask questions of individuals that they suspect, especially since we have so many individuals fighting that have passports coming back and spreading jihad.
